juliano has turned one and i'm reminded of time and it's extraordinary ability to age youth. we celebrated in a park at coogee, and as the air brimmed with the scent of the salty sea and children bounded by uninhibited with the exuberance of a vine in bloom, i eased into the jovial surroundings and rejoiced in the shared love for a young boy and his merry family. happy birthday, juliano.
